Warrigal Shell Cove has a limited selection of six brand new, fully-serviced apartments conveniently located on the ground floor of The Quay.

These one bedroom homes have been designed and built with age friendly features to create a home that is both spacious and low maintenance, and are ideal for those who want to make the most of the shared spaces.

A spacious open-plan living area features a lounge, dining space and kitchenette, perfectly suited for comfortable, independent living.  The Quay Apartments come with a range of included and additional support services to help customers maintain their independence. These include:

  • Delicious gourmet meals prepared three times a day onsite by our chef in the Galley Bistro
  • Weekly cleaning and linen service

A choice of two light and neutral colour schemes are available, Classic Beach and Modern Beach; both designs provide a blank canvas so you can decorate your home as you like.
